NBF Retail Champion of the Year!
We are extremely proud to announce that we are the NBF Retail Champion of the Year! After a difficult 12 months, we are delighted to be honoured with this award.
Over this time, we have had a clear destination, engaged and united team and have had the vision to grasp opportunities which has helped us to thrive. As a business, our customers and colleagues matter the most to us as we always want to provide the very best customer service.
To even be selected as a finalist for this award our Managing Director, Steve Pickering, had to provide information about us from the last 12 months. We have opened 2 new stores (No. 3 on its way) and therefore created jobs for the local communities. Alongside this, our team has been engaged and united throughout a difficult year!
Our purpose has always been to provide ‘great products, great service for a great nights sleep’ therefore we implemented a customer service review system that allows us to get feedback after the sale and upon delivery of products. We have a reward system in place for all our colleagues which is dependent on the feedback and scores that are given by our customers
Over the lockdown period, we provided online training for all our colleagues so they could keep their skills up to date and their knowledge fresh and current. This was important for when we returned to stores in April.
We were excited to be nominated as a finalist for this award for the second year running especially after winning Bed Retailer of the Year in 2016, we were honoured to win again as it is a great achievement for our entire team and business! The NBF Gala Dinner event celebrates great business ideas, achievements and how businesses have improved and thrived over the year.
