Your weight and the way that you sleep can dictate what mattress is best for you. The heavier you are the more likely you are to need a firmer mattress, as this will provide better support. Try before you buy! When you go shopping for a new mattress, wear something comfortable, remove your coat and shoes and test out the mattress that you’re about to spend a third of your time on. Lie on a mattress for at least ten minutes and also lie in positions that you normally sleep in.

How Long Will The Mattress Last?
