Just wanted to share a top review for Gary and the team at Sussex Beds, Haywards Heath. We had a complicated situation in specifying and delivering a bed for our son in supported living near Chichester. Gary was super efficient, kind and helpful, and great on the comms. The delivery team of Alan and Rhys were excellent too. Great to be able to live track the delivery van on the app (although I had to reload it every time to get an updated location). Excellent service from Michelle at the Haywards Heath store in helping me choose a mattress. It was easy to decide as there’s so much choice. When I gave her what I was looking for she knew straight away an option to test out in the shop. Very friendly and helpful. I’m also delighted that my mattress arrived earlier than the lead time. We recently bought a mattress from the Maidstone branch. The sales lady Amanda was friendly & helpful without being pushy. Mattress was ordered on Wednesday & delivered on the Friday by Jack and Mark who were equally polite & efficient, clearing away all the packing and our old mattress. A great experience from start to finish. We browsed the showroom at our own pace without sales people pestering us. Once we had made a decision Lynn listened to our requirements and helped us pick the perfect bed and mattress. She was friendly and knowledgeable giving sensible advice and talking us through the process. Delivery was quick and within the time frame advised. A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience of purchasing a new mattress from Sussex Beds, which wasn't a surprise, being a returning customer! A really calm atmosphere in the Newhaven showroom with quality products and lots of choice: I would definitely recommend visiting. Luke originally greeted us and made us welcome, answering all our questions clearly, so great first impression. I returned to check a few things a few days later and was greeted by Ronnie who is a lovely chap - really professional but personable too: he gave me plenty of his time to run through the options and to explain collection of an old mattress, delivery of the new one and payment options. Thank you guys and thank you Sussex Beds for how you allow your staff to be themselves - naturally friendly!
