Ailments include Back problems, Arthritis, Insomnia, Asthma, Hiatus Hernia, Swollen Ankles, Diabetes, Circulation Problems, Respiratory Conditions, Certain Heart Conditions, High Blood Pressure, Certain Neck and Shoulder Conditions. It is also possible to claim if the purchase is for goods that are made available by a charity to a disabled person for their personal or domestic use.
