Our 60 Night Comfort Trial!

Try out your new Mattress for 60 nights, and if you find it unsuitable we will change it.

To qualify for the 60 Night Trial all you need to do is purchase one of our mattress protectors alongside your new mattress. Purchasing the Essential, Cotton, Copper or Bamboo Mattress Protectors will qualify you for the 60 night period. If you decide after 30 nights your mattress is not suitable, you can change to an alternative.

60 Night Comfort Trial Terms & Conditions

In order to qualify for the 60 night trial service, you will need to purchase either a Sterling, Luxury Cotton, Copper Ice or Bamboo Mattress Protector at the time of mattress purchase.

If qualifying criteria above is met, you will be able to change/exchange/upgrade your mattress to an alternative if not suitable within 60 nights from date of delivery.

If you wish to make an exchange within the 60 night period, simply contact the store where you purchased, after 30 nights, to liaise with the team to select an alternative mattress.

Proof of purchase is required of mattress with either the Sterling, Luxury Cotton, Bamboo or Copper Ice mattress protector in the form of the original sales receipt either in paper form or original email.

You must have slept on the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to become accustomed to it. After this if you still are not getting on with your mattress we can help you reselect.

The 60 night comfort does not cover clearance items, ex-display items, sofa beds, guest beds, electric adjustable mattresses, special size products and zip and link mattresses made to order to your specification. It also does not cover a change of mattress size.

No, you must use a Sussex Beds protector. Either a Sterling, Luxury Cotton, Copper Ice or Bamboo protector purchased at the same time as your mattress must be used for the full period of the 60 night trial, as stained or soiled mattresses cannot be exchanged.

Yes, there will be a £59 delivery charge for the new mattress as per our normal terms.

No, the 60 night comfort trial can only be used once.

If your new selected mattress is more expensive than the original, payment will be required for the difference at time of selection.
