FAQs +
How do I know when it's time to replace my old mattress?
We recommend every 7-10 years. But, if you’re waking up with aches and pains, can feel the springs or notice a visible dip in the middle, it’s time to see us.
My partner moves a lot and wakes me up! Would this mattress would help?
Yes, because this mattress has memory foam, it is ideal. This is because they minimise motion transfer, so you shouldn’t feel the other person moving.
What does hypoallergenic mean?
Hypoallergenic means the mattress is designed to reduce the risk of triggering allergic reactions.
What are the main differences with rolled up mattresses?
The main difference with a rolled-up mattress is that it needs a little time to fully expand once it has been unpacked. Allow 4–6 hours for the mattress to expand before sleeping on it. During this time, we recommend leaving the mattress uncovered, so don’t put any sheets, mattress protectors or covers on the bed while it is expanding. This allows the mattress to breathe and expand properly. After 4–6 hours, your mattress will be ready to sleep on! 💤 Still wondering whether a rolled-up mattress is right for you?
