What happens after I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order, our team will let you know approximately when your order will be ready for delivery. Once your new bed or mattress has arrived with us, we will get in touch and arrange a suitable day for you to have your order delivered.
What mattress size have I got?
Single mattress – 90cm x 190cm
Small double – 120cm x 190cm
Standard double – 135cm x 190cm
King – 150cm x 200cm
Superking – 180cm x 200cm.
Please bear in mind, that this isn’t always going to be exactly the same as mattress sizes have tolerances of a few cm’s, but if you’re unsure, measure the mattress and speak to one of us.

A mattress protector helps keep your mattress clean, fresh, and in good condition for longer. It creates a barrier against spills, stains, dust, and everyday wear, while also helping to reduce allergens like dust mites. It’s a simple way to protect your investment and extend the lifespan of your mattress.
Why does this mattress have "summer" and "winter" sides?
This is so you can simply flip the mattresses over with the seasons to keep cooler in the hotter months and warmer in the cooler months. They use a cooler cotton or silk on one side of the mattress for summer, and a warm wool on the other side for winter.
Will you take my old bed/ mattress away?
Yes! We offer an Eco Disposal Service, meaning we will take away your old bed or mattress at the time of delivery.
